To us, catering is so much more than good food, it’s providing meaningful service to others: valuing the celebration of milestones, respecting the administration of corporate affairs and generally doing the hard work so you don’t have to. More recently for us, catering means providing warm meals to displaced residents within and around the community as a result of the explosive eruption of our La Soufrière volcano a week ago. 

At its very core, food service is selflessness and doing work that matters.

This has been exemplified by the immediate response of Vincentians and Caribbean nationals at home and in the diaspora. The outpouring of love, support, and physical effort is truly remarkable and though we started our relief effort with little consideration for its sustainability, the philanthropic endeavors of others have allowed us to continue sharing edible love. For that we are forever grateful as we anticipate a rebirth from the ashes.
