In order to do so, we  ask the right questions to understand your vision. This enables us to design your perfect menu and determine ideal service requirements.

What is the best way to contact you?

While we are available on all major platforms, our schedule does not always permit immediate responses via social media. We therefore encourage all prospective clients to send us an email or contact us by telephone for all urgent matters.

I am not hosting an "event". Can I still use your catering services?

Of course! 

We consider every catering job an "event". There is sometimes uncertainty about the type of catering services we offer, so we want to personally let you know that our offerings range from a one-off delivery for the individual who wants a personal pizza party on a Friday night to setting up a buffet for a small in-home gathering of families or groups of friends. We also offer individual or bulk-packaged delivery services.

What is your price for catering weddings, baby showers, birthday parties etc.?

There are so many variables involved in a catered event that there is no hard and fast rule around pricing. As a start, we encourage prospective clients to determine the amount of money they are comfortable spending and then create their wish list of products and services.

If you are interested in using our service, we kindly ask that you request a quotation by providing all the relevant details of the event and we will be happy to work along with you to incorporate as many of your wishlist items as possible while honouring your budget.

Keep in mind that larger catered events generally tend to have a lower price per person and smaller events have a higher price per person.


How much notice is required to reserve? 

For standard delivery-only orders such as cakes and pizzas, we appreciate at least a week's notice. For larger events requiring service staff and equipment rentals, we require at least two weeks' notice, however one month in advance is desirable. Please bear in mind that all bookings are subject to availability.

So it is highly recommended that you contact us as soon as you have the key information about your event. We are happy to prepare quotations for events as far off as one year or more. Weekends, holidays and particular months fill up quickly so the sooner you contact us, the easier it will be for us to guarantee food, equipment and staff availability. 


Can we provide menu items for you to serve?

Our policy does not permit serving externally prepared or provided food or drink for health, safety and liability reasons. 


Do you offer Bar Services?

Our beverage service is not available at this time. However, we do prepare and serve local fruit juices and hot beverages, upon request. 


What about the leftovers?

We encourage each client to provide takeout containers for any remaining food, in the event that there are leftovers. Unless disposable tableware is requested during consultation it will not be provided. However, if you would like to provide them, we will be happy to pack up any leftover food for you and your guests. 


Do you arrive with tables for the buffet?

Our catering service does not include the rental of tables and covers so we recommend that you liaise directly with your decorator or event rental company to book this service.

Should you accept our quotation, we will advise the number of tables required for the buffet or scullery station based on the final menu.
