We are a family owned and operated food service business providing event catering services in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Our team has over fifteen years of professional food preparation and service experience. We provide bespoke menus based on your personal preference and budget and are also equipped with a full complement of courteous service staff, if required.

I am not hosting an "event". Can I still use your catering services?
Of Course!
We consider every catering job an “event” and our offerings range from a personal pizza party delivery on a Friday night to setting up a buffet for a small in-home gathering and much more. We also offer individual and bulk-packaged drop-off catering services.

How much should I budget for my event?
There are many variables involved in a catered event. As a start, we encourage prospective clients to determine the amount of money they are comfortable spending and then create their wish list of products and services.
Keep in mind that larger catered events generally tend to have a lower price per person and smaller events have a higher price per person.
How much notice is required for booking?
For standard delivery-only orders, we appreciate at least 3-5 days’ notice. For larger events requiring service staff and equipment, we require at least two weeks’ notice, however one month in advance is desirable.
Please bear in mind that all bookings are subject to availability.
We highly recommended that you contact us as soon as you have the key information about your event. We are happy to prepare quotations for events as far off as one year or more.
Weekends, holidays and particular months fill up quickly so the sooner you contact us, the easier it will be to guarantee food, equipment and staff availability.

Do you offer Bar Services?
Our beverage service is not available at this time. However, we do prepare and serve local fruit juices and hot beverages, upon request.
Do you provide crockery, cutlery, glassware?
The following options can be selected when requesting a quote:
- China tableware and Stainless Steel Cutlery
- Disposable Paper/Plastic Plates
- Disposable Takeout Containers
You may also choose to provide your own tableware and select the “not required” option.
Can we provide menu items for you to serve?
Our policy does not permit serving externally prepared or provided food or drink for health, safety and liability reasons.
Do you arrive with tables for the buffet?
Our catering service does not include the rental of tables and covers so we recommend that you liaise directly with your decorator or event rental company to book this service.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will advise the number of tables required for the buffet or scullery station based on the final menu.
What about the leftovers?
We encourage each client to provide takeout containers for any remaining food, if disposable tableware is not requested during consultation. We will be happy to pack up any leftover food for you and your guests.
We strongly recommend that food taken away be stored in refrigerators and freezers within the shortest time to maintain freshness.
