Confirmation Required

All cancellations must be directly confirmed by communication from Simply Delish. This is likely to be via email. However, a whatsapp message or telephone call is also acceptable. 

Notice Period 

• An event or order may be cancelled with no charge up to 30 full days prior to the event.
• Events cancelled 15 days in advance of the event will be charged a ___ cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) will be charged 50% of the quoted price.
